Recent Grants from Unrestricted and Field of Interest Funds

  • Boys & Girls Club of Beeville, $7,500 to help the Triple Play Program, BGCA’s comprehensive health and wellness initiative
  • Corpus Christi Education Foundation, $5,000 to support Moody Land Robotics STEM outreach providing elementary through high school students opportunities to design, code and create preparing and participating in robotics competitions.
  • Kingsville Symphony Orchestra, $6,625 to support Season 13: Fabulous Finales opening concert featuring soloist Antonio Ciacca
  • First United Methodist Church Corpus Christi, $15,000 to help the elderly disadvantaged with medical and other needs
  • USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, $21,000 to hep purchase new mattresses for the bunks in the berthing compartments

MISSION AND VISION

The Mission of the Foundation is to improve the quality of life in the Coastal Bend by building community endowment and addressing social, educational, environmental, and cultural needs through the awarding of grants and scholarships.

The Foundation’s Vision is to provide the Coastal Bend with:

  • Effective grants to charitable organizations and scholarships to students
