The 2020 Annual Grants online application is now open May 1 through June 15, 2020. Coastal Bend grant writers are encouraged to apply by clicking 2020 Annual Grant Application.

The Annual Grants program expects to award up to $500,000 to support general operations of nonprofits in the Foundation’s seven-county service area of Aransas, Bee, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio and San Patricio. This year, grants made to or for the benefit of a tax-supported college of University are to be solely used for direct student support, including student Emergency Funds.

Applications from food pantries will not be considered during the Foundation’s annual grant process due to the awarding of $200,000 Food Pantry Special Grant in March to the Coastal Bend Food Bank and the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent allocated among 88 food pantries located in the Foundation’s service area.
