Established in memory of Misty Wimberly, who died in a tragic automobile accident on June 17, 1989. She was actively involved in 4-H and FFA programs. As a young leader in these programs, she constantly encouraged other young people in their efforts.

Applicants must:
be a graduating high school senior;
have exhibited in the Nueces County Junior Livestock Show, and;
be a past or present officer in FFA or FHA Chapter, local 4-H Club or Nueces County Council.
