high school seniors or undergraduate college students majoring in Business in the Coastal Bend seven-county service area:
enroll as a fulltime (12 semester hours) student in the Coastal Bend seven-county service area;
maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; 85% on 100% scale if a high school student
