Current High School Students

You will need the following documents TO UPLOAD directly to your scholarship application:

  1. Current official transcript from your school registrar. If your school will not provide you with an official transcript (CCISD) you MUST request an unofficial transcript from the registrar. DO NOT mail your transcript to the CBCF office. It will not be accepted and your application will not be considered. YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT FROM THE REGISTRAR, SCAN IT INTO A COMPUTER, SAVE IT AS A PDF, AND UPLOAD IT DIRECTLY INTO THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. DO NOT submit the transcript you see on your student portal. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. You must request one from your registrar;
  2. Your UNWEIGHTED GPA. If this does not show up on your transcript, your counselor will be able to calculate this for you. This will be entered in the GPA field in the application and is not required to be on the transcript.
  3. ACT/SAT Score reports;
  4. 2019-2020 FAFSA Student Aid Report or most recent Federal Income Tax Return(Form 1040);
  5. TWO essays;
  6. One letter of recommendation.
