This is a combined application form for over 70 scholarships administered through the Coastal Bend Community Foundation. Scholarships and their criteria can be reviewed below. Please note that not all scholarships are funded each year, but you will be considered for any available scholarships for which you meet the criteria. If you are currently in high school, you will need the following documents for your scholarship application:

  1. Current official transcript from your school registrar. If your school will not provide you with an official transcript, please contact me. DO NOT mail your transcript to the CBCF office. It will not be accepted and your application will not be considered. DO NOT submit the transcript you see on your student portal. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. You must request one from your registrar. If you have questions, please call;
  2. Your UNWEIGHTED GPA. If this does not show up on your transcript, your counselor will be able to calculate this for you. This will be entered in the GPA field in the application and is not required to be on the transcript.
  3. ACT/SAT Score reports;
  4. 2018-2019 FAFSA Student Aid Report or most recent Federal Income Tax Return(Form 1040);
  5. TWO essays;
  6. One letter of recommendation.
