Applications for the Annual Grant Cycle will be accepted from May 1 to June 15. Nonprofits are notified of the Board’s decision after the August meeting.

In September, CBCF hosts a press conference to announce the Annual grant awards and present the grant checks. Grantees and their staff, volunteers and boards are encouraged to attend the event.

On April 1 of the year following the award, grantees that receive more than $10,000 must complete and submit a Grant Report detailing the use of funds and the status of the project. If the project has not been completed by that date, an interim report is due on April 1 with the final report filed no later than September 30.
