Applications for the Annual Grant Cycle will be accepted from May 1 to June 15 every year. Nonprofits will be notified mid-September of the Board’s decision after the August meeting.

On April 1 of the year following the award, ALL grantees must complete and submit a Grant Report detailing the use of funds and the status of the project. If the project has not been completed by that date, an interim report is due on April 1 with the final report filed no later than August 31.

The Grant Report MUST be completed using the PDF format that is downloaded. It is an editable PDF form. No extra space will be given. NO OTHER FORMAT WILL BE ACCEPTED- NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes:

  • Handwritten reports.
  • Reports typed in Microsoft Word so as to have more space.
  • Printed and scanned PDF’s.

Any report not submitted by email in the correct format will not be accepted and you will be asked to redo the report.
